HIO REWARD SERVICE TERMS

ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1. Before registering to use the HIO service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms in this Agreement for the Provision and Use of the HIO Service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement'). By agreeing to register for the HIO service, the Customer accepts that there are no limitations on and/or related to all the terms and conditions below, from the moment of service registration.

2. When participating in the HIO service provided by WGHN GOLF COURSE BOOKING SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as 'WBooking'), the Customer commits to being of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and is not prohibited by Vietnamese law from receiving the Service, or has obtained prior consent from a legal representative or guardian to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

3. We may modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon being updated on the WGHN App, WBooking's official communication channels such as vNewstoday.com, or in writing from official agents. Customers are required to regularly check for these changes, and by continuing to use the service after the changes have been made, the Customer agrees to the modified content.

ARTICLE 2: EXPLANATION OF THE HIO SERVICE

1. The HIO service is a Tournament Service in the sport of Golf, where the 'Hole-in-One' prize will be awarded to a player who successfully hits the golf ball into the specified hole with only one stroke from the teeing ground (for Par 3 holes on a golf course during an 18-hole round) with prize values depending on the HIO service package chosen by the customer.

- On a single tournament day, customers are allowed to purchase more than one daily HIO service package, each of which applies to one HIO Tournament (ensuring a maximum of 18 holes in one round; if the customer plays more than 18 holes, the HIO service is automatically applied to the first 18 holes). Tournaments on the same day must have a minimum of 4 hours between teetimes.

2. The HIO Tournament is a Golf Tournament organized by WGHN GOLF COURSE BOOKING SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY, where customers have selected and used the HIO service provided by WGHN GOLF COURSE BOOKING SERVICE JOINT STOCK COMPANY in various ways. By registering for the service, customers agree that WBooking will be the official organizer of the HIO Tournament in which they participate.

3. The HIO prize is awarded only once per customer per tournament per 18-hole standard round (in cases where a customer achieves more than one HIO in a single tournament, they will only receive the prize once, corresponding to the value of the HIO service they registered for that tournament).

4. If a customer registers to participate in a combination of HIO service packages for the same 18-hole round (Daily Service Package and Annual Membership Package), the customer can simultaneously receive HIO prize values corresponding to the prize values of the services registered. The maximum prize value limit is VND 200,000,000 (Two hundred million VND) per 18-hole round. However, customers may, for any other reason, purchase beyond WBooking's prize limit of VND 200,000,000.

5. The HIO service does not limit the distance from the Teebox; there is no limit on the number of prizes won for the six-month (06) and annual (365 days) HIO service packages. In the event that a customer wins HIO two (02) times or more using the six-month (06) or annual (365 days) HIO service packages, no service fee will be incurred to maintain the card.

ARTICLE 3: CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE HIO SERVICE

1. The HIO service is only provided for HIO Tournaments when:

- There are at least 03 players competing in the Tournament (Players cannot be changed during the Tournament).

- The golf course used for the tournament is a standard 18-hole golf course.

- The grass area at the par 3 hole must not be altered or specially arranged compared to the standard conditions of regular games and must be set in a location that is not advantageous for winning the prize.

- The 'Hole-in-One' shot (one stroke into the par 3 hole from the teeing ground) must be made in the HIO Tournament by the customer who has registered for the service.

- Trial or repeat shots are not allowed in the official HIO Tournament.

- Each player is only allowed one shot on each par 3 hole during the official tournament day (for the daily HIO service).

- The competition ball must meet standard specifications, and in the event of an HIO, the ball type must be confirmed on the golf course's Hole-in-One certificate.

- Customers participating in the HIO Tournament must provide the WGHN code through the WGHN app.

- In the case where the customer is a Vietnamese citizen or a foreign national living and working in Vietnam without a WGHN code: they must provide full Name & Date of Birth (matching the details on their ID card/Citizen Identification/Passport) or provide full Name & ID number/Passport number.

2. Customers using the HIO Service:

• Must not be the Golf Course Director/Club Manager/Staff of the golf course where the player participates in the HIO Tournament.

• Must not be a member of a professional golf association (PGA - Professional Golf Association).

ARTICLE 4: SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION OF HIO SERVICE

The HIO service is determined and only considered successfully registered from the time when an HIO certificate is issued by WBooking confirming successful registration through the WGHN app or via confirmation sent to the customer’s email or phone number.

ARTICLE 5: MODIFICATION, CANCELLATION OF HIO SERVICE REGISTRATION

• Customers who have successfully registered for the HIO Service cannot modify or cancel the service (or any information used to register for the service). In all cases, WBooking will not refund the HIO service fee once successful registration has been confirmed.

• In the event of natural disasters such as storms, floods, earthquakes, or hail before the HIO tournament, preventing the tournament from taking place, customers must immediately notify WBooking by phone with confirmation from the golf course where the HIO tournament is taking place (no later than 6 hours from the start of the tournament (Teetime)). The postponement must be confirmed by WBooking. WBooking customers have the right to choose another time to organize the HIO tournament, but it must be within 3 days from the postponed HIO tournament date and must notify WBooking.

ARTICLE 7: CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customers participating in the HIO Service must ensure that they are fully capable according to the law and meet the conditions stipulated in this Agreement to register for the HIO Service;

2. By registering to use the service, the customer agrees to provide and allows WBooking to collect the necessary information and/or share it with relevant parties within the limits of WBooking's partners;

3. Customers using the service must provide WBooking with the following complete information:

• Full Name of the customer (the player registering for the service);

• WGHN Code; or Date of Birth (matching with ID card/Citizen Identification/Passport); or ID card/Citizen Identification/Passport number. For customers registering for the daily HIO service package, the following information must be provided before registering for the service:

• Golf Course for the tournament

• Teetime

• Specific holes played in a round at courses with 27 or more holes.

4. Customers agree and ensure that the information provided to WBooking is complete and accurate. They are fully responsible for this information, and in case of any discrepancies, WBooking reserves the right to deny the HIO prize.

5. In case a customer has more than one WGHN code corresponding to different HDC levels, the customer must register for the HIO Service using the WGHN code with the lowest HDC. If a customer registers for the HIO service incorrectly according to WBooking's terms, it will be considered fraudulent. WBooking reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if the customer wins an HIO (applicable to the annual and 6-month membership packages).

6. Responsibilities of the customer when winning an HIO:

• When the customer wins an HIO, they must immediately access the link: hio.wghn.net to take a photo of the HIO at the hole.

• The customer must immediately contact wBooking via the hotline: 033.25.11111 to report winning the HIO (no later than 30 minutes from the time the HIO is won) so that wBooking can confirm and guide the prize collection procedures;

• Customers must submit all required documents to WBooking within 7 business days from the time they notify WBooking of winning the HIO. If the deadline is not met, WBooking reserves the right to refuse to pay the prize for any reason.

• Provide WBooking with all necessary documents for receiving the prize, including:

- Clear, non-blurry photos of both sides of the ID card.

- Photo of the winning golfer with the flight at the hole.

- Personal photo of the winning golfer at the hole.

- HIO declaration with the course's stamp (scanned copy) - The HIO confirmation form must include information such as the exact time of winning, winning hole, distance, teetime (starting time), signatures with phone numbers of fellow players in the flight, accompanying caddies, marshals or course operators, course director, etc.

- HIO certificate with the course's stamp (scanned copy).

- Commitment form (according to wBooking's template).

- Prize receiving bank account number.

• Customers are obliged to cooperate with WBooking in all related matters according to WBooking's instructions to receive the prize.

• Winning customers, whether Vietnamese or foreign, must have a bank account in Vietnam. If the customer does not have a bank account in Vietnam, they must have a power of attorney for a representative to receive the prize on their behalf, certified by the competent authority.

ARTICLE 8: RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF WBOOKING

• WBooking reserves the right to refuse to award the HIO prize to customers who violate any terms of this Agreement, any legal regulations, or fail to correctly or fully follow the prize collection instructions from WBooking.

• WBooking only awards prizes through bank transfers to accounts opened in Vietnam.

• Comply with the legal regulations related to providing the service.

• Ensure the accurate and complete provision of services to Customers as per the agreement.

• Provide guidance documents and support to Customers in using the service.

• Address inquiries and complaints from Customers related to the service.

• When upgrading or developing the service, WBooking is allowed to add and provide additional service utilities to Customers without notification or requiring Customers to register for additional services.

• When Customers access and use the service, WBooking may collect and store information such as statistics on the access process and personal information provided to WBooking. The personal information provided by customers includes but is not limited to names, date of birth, phone number, email address, permanent address, and service usage address. WBooking has the right to use this information for planning, research, management, monitoring, consultation, support between WBooking and the Customer, and/or use it for the purpose of promoting and introducing WBooking's products and services to Customers or providing information to WBooking's insurance partners and legal authorities as required by law or court order.

• Other rights as regulated by WBooking and the law.

ARTICLE 9. CASES OF REFUSAL TO AWARD

WBooking will not award the HIO Prize to the customer if it results directly or indirectly from:

• Any act of evasion, violation of law, or breach of rules, regulations of the golf course by the Customer/Participant in the HIO Tournament and/or their playing companions.

• Any act of dishonesty, fraud, deception, or intentional misconduct by the Customer/Participant in the HIO Tournament and/or their playing companions.

• Violation of any rules of the HIO tournament and regulations or any conditions or guarantees of this Agreement by any participant in the HIO tournament and/or their playing companions claiming the HIO Prize.

• A player wins an HIO in a tournament where the actual Teetime on the course deviates by 10 minutes or more from the registered Teetime (applicable to per-round reward services).

ARTICLE 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• The terms and conditions of the Service in this Agreement are governed by Vietnamese law.

• During the implementation process, if a dispute arises, both parties will actively resolve it based on negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court for resolution as prescribed by law.

ARTICLE 11. FINAL TERMS

• Issues not covered in the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be implemented in accordance with the law, guidance from competent State agencies, and/or other valid commitments/agreements between the parties.

• Customers have read, understood, agreed, and committed to comply with the provisions of this Agreement's terms and conditions.

• The terms and conditions of this Agreement are effective from the date the Customer registers and uses the WBooking service.

ARTICLE 12: SUPPLEMENTARY TERMS

WBooking adjusts the prize value (applicable to the HIO reward service per round) for 20 golf courses as follows:
