Eagle Prize Service Per Round (Package G)
I. Definition of the Eagle Prize Service
- The Eagle Prize is awarded to a Player who successfully completes an Eagle (02 strokes) or an Albatross (01 stroke) from the teeing ground into one of the Par 4 holes selected in the Insurance Certificate/Insurance Contract (within one standard 18-hole round).
- The Eagle Prize per round is only awarded once to one winning Player in one Tournament (one standard 18-hole Golf round). If the Player achieves an Eagle more than once in one Tournament, the Player will only receive one Eagle Prize corresponding to the prize value specified in the Insurance Certificate/Insurance Contract.
II. Terms of the Eagle Prize Service
Article 1: General Principles
1. Before registering to use the Eagle Prize service, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms in this Eagle Prize Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement'). By agreeing to register for the Eagle Prize service, the Customer accepts that there are no limitations regarding and/or related to all the following terms and conditions from the time of service registration.
2. When participating in the Eagle Prize service provided by WGHN GOLF BOOKING SERVICES JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as 'WBooking'), the Customer commits that they are of legal age to establish a binding agreement, and are not prohibited by Vietnamese law from receiving the Service, or have received prior consent from their legal representative or guardian to use the Service as per the regulations and in accordance with this agreement.
3. We may amend or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon being updated on the WGHN Application, WBooking's official media channels such as vNewstoday.com, or in writing from authorized agents. Customers should regularly check for these changes, and continued participation in the service after the amendments means the Customer agrees to the updated terms.
Article 2: Explanation of the Eagle Prize Service
1. The Eagle Prize is awarded to a Player who successfully completes an Eagle (02 strokes) or an Albatross (01 stroke) from the teeing ground into one of the Par 4 holes selected in the Insurance Certificate/Insurance Contract (within one standard 18-hole round).
2. The Eagle Prize per round is only awarded once to one winning Player in one Tournament (one standard 18-hole Golf round). If the Player achieves an Eagle more than once in one Tournament, the Player will only receive one Eagle Prize corresponding to the prize value specified in the Insurance Certificate/Insurance Contract.
3. In one day, customers are allowed to purchase more than one Eagle Prize service package per day, with each package counting for one Tournament (ensuring one round of up to 18 golf holes; if the Customer plays more than 18 holes, the Eagle Prize service will only be provided for the first 18 holes). Tournaments on the same day must have a minimum teetime gap of 4 hours.
4. In case customers register to combine multiple Eagle Prize service packages for the same 18-hole round (including the per round Eagle Prize and the Eagle Prize for one Par 4 hole at the course), customers can receive corresponding Eagle prize values for the registered services. The maximum Eagle prize value is 30,000,000 VND (Thirty million VND)/one standard 18-hole round (including taxes and fees).
5. In case customers register to combine multiple Eagle Prize service packages (package G) and Hole-in-One (HIO) service packages (including package D, package E, package S100) for the same 18-hole round, customers can receive corresponding Eagle and HIO prize values for the registered services. The maximum prize value is 200,000,000 VND (Two hundred million VND)/one standard 18-hole round. Some exceptions may allow customers to exceed the 200,000,000 VND prize limit imposed by WBooking.
6. The per round Eagle Prize service is understood to apply to each participant individually, with no limit to the number of winners in a tournament, as long as each participant has joined the Eagle Prize service and holds a valid insurance certificate provided by WBooking and PVI.
Article 3: Conditions for Participating in the Eagle Prize Service
The Eagle Prize Service is only provided for tournaments where:
a. There are at least 03 players competing in the Tournament (Player substitutions are not allowed during the Tournament).
b. The Golf Course for the competition must be a standard 18-hole Golf Course.
c. The turf on the Par 4 hole must not be altered or specially arranged compared to the standard conditions of regular play, nor placed in a favorable position for winning the Prize.
d. The “Eagle” shot (Two strokes into the Par 4 hole from the tee) or Albatross (One stroke into the Par 4 hole from the tee) must be performed in the Tournament by the customer who registered for the Service.
e. Practice shots or re-hits are not allowed in the official Tournament.
f. Each player is only allowed one shot per Par 4 hole in the official competition day.
g. The ball used in the competition must meet standards, and in case of an Eagle, the type of ball must be verified on the Eagle Certificate issued by the golf course.
h. Customers participating in the Tournament must provide their vID code on the WGHN app or their full name matching the Citizen ID/ID card/Passport. In cases where two customers have the same full name, they must also provide the Date of Birth (matching the ID card or Passport); if two customers have the same full name and date of birth, the ID/Passport number must also be provided.
i. Customers using the Eagle Prize Service:
• Must not be the Golf Course Director/Club Manager/Staff at the golf course where the player is participating.
• Must not be a member of the Professional Golf Association (PGA).
Article 4: Successful registration for the Eagle Prize service
For the Eagle Prize service per round, customers must register at least 15 minutes before the tee time. The service is confirmed as successfully registered only when the customer receives an Eagle insurance certificate from WBooking via the WGHN app or website: hio.wghn.net or via confirmation through email, phone, or Zalo OA sent to the customer.
Article 5: Changing or canceling the Eagle Prize service registration
• Customers who have successfully registered for the Eagle Prize Service will not be allowed to change or cancel the Service (or any information used to register the Service), and in any case, WBooking will not refund the Eagle Prize Service fee once registration is confirmed.
• In the event of natural disasters such as storms, floods, earthquakes, or hail before the tournament, preventing the event from taking place, customers must immediately notify WBooking by phone, accompanied by confirmation from the golf course where the event is taking place (no later than 6 hours from the start of the tournament (Tee time)), and WBooking must confirm the postponement. WBooking customers are allowed to reschedule the tournament within 3 days of the postponement and must notify WBooking.
Article 6: Customer rights and responsibilities
1. Customers participating in the Eagle Prize Service must ensure that they have the full legal capacity according to the law and meet the conditions specified in this Agreement to register for the Eagle Prize Service;
2. By registering for the Service, the customer agrees to provide and allow WBooking to collect necessary information and/or exchange it with relevant parties limited to WBooking's partners;
3. Customers using the Service must provide WBooking with the following complete information:
• Customer's Full Name (Player registered for the Service) or vID Code; In cases where two customers have the same full name, the Date of Birth must also be provided (matching the ID/Passport); if two customers have the same full name and date of birth, the ID/Passport number must also be provided.
For customers registering for the daily Eagle Prize Service package, the following additional information must be provided before registering:
• Competition Golf Course
• Tee time
• Specific playing path in a round of more than 27 golf holes.
4. The customer agrees and ensures that the information they provide to WBooking is complete and accurate; and is fully responsible for this information. In the event of any discrepancies in the provided information, WBooking has the right to refuse to award the Eagle Prize Service.
5. Customer responsibilities upon winning an Eagle/Albatross:
• If a customer wins an Eagle/Albatross, they must immediately, within 10 minutes, access the link: hio.wghn.net to capture a photo of winning the Eagle/Albatross at the hole.
• The customer must immediately contact WBooking via the hotline: 033.25.11111 to report the Eagle/Albatross win (this must be done within 30 minutes from the time the Eagle/Albatross was won) so that WBooking can confirm and guide the prize claim procedures;
• The customer must submit all required documents to WBooking within 7 working days from the time they notify WBooking of winning the Eagle/Albatross. If the deadline is missed, WBooking reserves the right to refuse to issue the prize for any reason.
• Provide WBooking with all necessary documents for claiming the prize, including:
- Clear, non-blurry photos of both sides of the Citizen ID card (CCCD)
- Photo of the winning golfer with the flight at the hole
- Personal photo of the winning golfer at the hole
- Eagle/Albatross winning declaration with the golf course’s official seal (scanned copy) - The declaration includes information such as the exact winning time, hole, winning distance, tee time, signatures with contact information of fellow players in the flight, accompanying caddies, marshals, or course managers, and the course director.
- Eagle/Albatross certificate with the golf course’s official seal (scanned copy)
- Commitment letter (as per WBooking’s template)
- Bank account number for receiving the prize
• The customer is obliged to cooperate with WBooking in all related tasks according to WBooking's instructions to receive the prize.
• The winning customer, whether Vietnamese or foreign, must have a bank account in Vietnam. If the customer does not have a bank account in Vietnam, they must provide a power of attorney for someone else to receive the prize, with confirmation from the competent authority.
Article 7: Rights and responsibilities of WBooking
• WBooking has the right to refuse to award the Eagle Prize Service to the Customer in case the Customer violates any terms of this Agreement, legal regulations, or fails to properly and fully follow WBooking's prize receiving instructions.
• WBooking will only award the prize via bank transfer to accounts opened at banks in Vietnam.
• Comply with legal regulations related to providing services.
• Ensure accurate and complete service provision to the Customer as agreed.
• Provide guidance materials and support to the Customer for service usage.
• Address inquiries and complaints from Customers related to the service.
• When upgrading or developing services, WBooking is allowed to add or provide additional service features to the Customer without notice or requiring the Customer to register for additional services.
• When the Customer accesses and uses the service, WBooking may collect and store information such as access statistics and personal information provided to WBooking. Personal information includes but is not limited to the name, date of birth, phone number, email address, residential address, and service usage address. WBooking has the right to use this information for planning, research, management, monitoring, consulting, and support between WBooking and the Customer, and/or for marketing purposes, introducing WBooking’s services to the Customer, or providing information to WBooking's insurance partners or legal authorities as required by law or the courts.
• Other rights as regulated by WBooking and the law.
Article 8: Cases of prize refusal
WBooking will not award the Eagle Prize Service to customers if it is a direct or indirect result of:
• Any evasion, violation of the law, or breach of the rules and regulations of the golf course by the Customer/Tournament participant and/or their fellow players;
• Any dishonest, fraudulent, or deceitful acts committed intentionally by the Customer/Tournament participant and/or their fellow players;
• Violation of any tournament rules, regulations, or conditions and guarantees of this Agreement by any Tournament participant and/or their fellow players making a claim for the Eagle Prize Service.
• If the player winning the Eagle/Albatross in the Tournament has a tee time that differs by 10 minutes or more from the registered tee time (applicable to per-round prize services).
Article 9: Dispute resolution
• The terms and conditions of the Service in this Agreement are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
• In case of disputes during implementation, both parties will proactively resolve them through negotiation and mediation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent court according to the provisions of the law.
Article 10: Final provisions
• Issues not regulated in the terms and conditions of this Agreement will be governed by the law, guidelines of the competent state agencies, and/or other valid commitments/agreements between the parties.
• The Customer has read, understood, agreed to, and is committed to complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
• The terms and conditions of this Agreement take effect from the date the Customer registers and uses WBooking's services.
