HIO Prize Service per Round (Package D)

1. Product Information

- The HIO Prize Service is a Golf Tournament Service where the “Hole-in-One” Prize is awarded to a player who successfully hits the ball into a designated golf hole with only one (01) stroke from the tee (for Par 3 holes on a golf course in an 18-hole round) with prize values depending on the HIO Prize Service package chosen by the customer.

- In one competition day, customers are allowed to purchase more than one HIO Prize Service package per day, with each Service package calculated for one HIO Tournament (ensuring a maximum of 18 holes per round. If the Tournament customer plays more than 18 holes, the HIO Prize Service is by default calculated for the first 18 holes). Tournaments on the same day must have tee times at least 4 hours apart.

- The HIO prize is awarded only once per customer per tournament per standard 18-hole round (In the case where a customer scores an HIO more than once in one tournament, only one prize corresponding to the HIO Prize Service value that the customer has registered for that tournament will be awarded).

- In the case where customers register to participate in multiple HIO Prize Service packages for the same 18-hole round (Round Package (Package D), HIO Prize Service Package for 1 Par 3 Hole (Package E), 1 Course Insurance Package (Package S)), customers can simultaneously receive the corresponding HIO prize values of the services they have registered. The maximum prize value is limited to 200,000,000 VND (two hundred million VND) per 18-hole round. Certain exceptions apply where customers may exceed the prize limit of 200,000,000 VND set by wBooking.

- The HIO Prize Service per stroke does not limit the distance from the Teebox; there is no limit to the number of wins for the 6-month HIO Prize Service package and the 1-year (365-day) HIO Prize Service package. If a customer wins an HIO more than twice while using the 6-month HIO Prize Service package and the 1-year HIO Prize Service package, no service fees will be charged to maintain the card.

- The HIO Prize Service per round applies to each participant and does not limit the number of winners in a tournament if each participant in the tournament has joined the HIO Prize Service and has a valid insurance certificate provided by wBooking and PVI.
