Tangible HIO Prize Service (Package H)

1. Product Information

- The Tangible HIO Prize Service is a Golf Tournament Service where the “Hole-in-One” tangible prize is awarded to the player who successfully hits the golf ball into the designated hole with just one (1) stroke from the tee (for Par 3 holes chosen for Tangible HIO insurance in an 18-hole golf round). The type and value of the tangible prize are according to the customer's choice and are clearly stated in the contract between the two parties before the tournament (Tangible prizes can be: cars, motorcycles, golf clubs, jewelry, cash, etc.).

- In one standard 18-hole round of a tournament, customers can register for the service on more than one par 3 hole that meets the distance conditions of Men: 150 yards, Women: 135 yards.

- The tangible HIO prize is only awarded once per customer who is the first to hit a HIO at the insured hole per round/standard 18-hole round. Once a customer has been the first to hit a HIO and is insured at the insured hole, that hole will no longer have the tangible prize value for that 18-hole round of the tournament.

- The Tangible HIO Prize Service does not limit the value of the tangible prizes (according to the value of the tangible prize contract).
