Although the cost of mandatory insurance is relatively low, the benefits it provides are substantial. There are currently many insurance distribution channels, leading to a mix of genuine and fake products. To ensure peace of mind, users can purchase insurance directly on WGHN with many advantages:

The insurance purchasing process is simple and convenient, from information lookup to purchase and payment, saving maximum time. Upon successful payment, the insurance certificate will be sent within 30 minutes and stored on WGHN. Customers can check it by accessing the Invoice & Insurance section. When asked to present a motorcycle or car insurance certificate, simply use the electronic certificate on your phone as a substitute for the traditional paper card.

2. Guide to purchasing motor vehicle insurance on WGHN

Step [1]: Log in to WGHN. On the Home screen: Select Insurance => Motor Vehicle.

Step [2]: Fill in the required information and check the details.

Step [3]: Confirm payment.

Customers can also purchase mandatory liability insurance for their relatives directly on the app by re-entering the insured's personal information (your relative) in Step [2], including the vehicle owner's name, ID/Passport, phone number, email, and vehicle information. The electronic certificate will be saved on the app and sent to the relative's email address.
