- HIO service is a Golf Tournament Service, in which the 'Hole-in-One' award will be given to a player who successfully sinks the golf ball into a specified hole with just one (01) stroke from the teeing ground (for Par3 holes on a golf course in an 18-hole round) with prize values depending on the HIO Service package that customers choose to participate in. - In one day of competition, customers are allowed to purchase more than one HIO Service package per day, each service package is calculated for one HIO Tournament (ensuring a maximum round of 18 golf holes, in case the Tournament customer plays more than 18 golf holes, the HIO Service is by default calculated to provide for the first 18 golf holes). The tournaments on the same day must have tee times at least 4 hours apart.

Customers can buy HIO with a maximum limit of 200,000,000 VND, applicable to standard par 3 holes within an 18-hole round.

Customers can register through various channels: WGHN app, contact hotline 033 25 11111, or contact agents and golf courses for HIO registration support.

Customers using the Service must provide WBooking with complete information including: • Full name of the customer (The player registering for the Service); • WGHN Code; or Date of birth (matching CCCD/ID/Passport); or CCCD/ID/Passport number. For customers registering for the daily HIO Service package, before registering for the service, additional information must be provided: • Golf course • Tee time • Specific path in a round for courses with more than 27 golf holes.

- The HIO award service is determined and only determined to be successfully registered from the time of notification with the HIO certificate from wBooking as successful registration through the WGHN application or website: hio.wghn.net or via confirmation by email, phone number, Viber, Zalo sent to customers. - For the HIO – S100 award service package, customers who are eligible to register and agree to use the HIO – S100 award service will scan the QR Code at the par 3 hole advertising sign on the golf course and follow the instructions on the sign. Customers pay the HIO – S100 award service fee to wBooking before making the shot into the par 3 hole that the customer registers to use the HIO – S100 award service. After successful payment, through a technology system connected to the PVI Insurance Corporation, wBooking will return an Online Certificate for customers to make the shot (the shot is considered valid). The HIO – S100 award service package is valid from the time the customer receives the Online Certificate of successful registration until the end of the day (11:59 pm on the same day).

1. The HIO award service is only provided for HIO tournaments when: a. There are at least 03 players participating in the Tournament (No player changes in the Tournament). b. The golf course is a standard 18-hole golf course. c. The grass area at the par 3 hole must not be changed or specially arranged compared to the standard conditions of regular games and must be placed in a favorable position for winning the Award. d. The 'Hole-in-One' shot (One shot into the par 3 hole from the teeing ground) must be performed in the HIO Tournament by the customer who has registered for the Service. e. No trial shots, replays are allowed in the official HIO Tournament. f. Each player is only allowed to hit once on each par 3 hole on the official competition day (For the daily HIO award service of the tournament). g. The competition ball type must be standard and in case of hitting HIO, it must be confirmed about the ball type on the Hole-in-one Certificate of the golf course. h. Customers participating in the HIO Tournament must provide a vID code on the WGHN app. i. In case customers are Vietnamese or foreigners living and working in Vietnam without a WGHN code: provide full Name & Date of birth (matching year of birth) on Citizen ID/ID/Passport 2. Customers using the HIO award service: • Not the Director of Golf Course / General Manager of Golf Club / Manager / employee of the Golf Course where the player participates in the HIO Tournament. • Not a member/associate of the Professional Golf Association (PGA - Professional Golf Association).
